Here's some useful things you can look at:
You can sign your name with four ~ in a row, like so: ~~~~. When you save the page it'll show up something like this: Kim Bruning 14:36, 14 Jun 2004 (EDT)
This is useful on talk pages. Don't sign stuff in the main namespace though!
