I don't know if you are the one who made all the edits I've been changing, so a lot of this might not be you. But someone has been making a lot of incorrect (but understandable) or irrelevant additions to the document which weakens it. This includes things like not knowing that 2 hex digits are the same as 1 char, or finding contradictions with paper sizes that aren't contradictions. Someone has been adding a lot of relatively minor issues that really just weaken the document because it makes the strong points harder to find. This is understandable, and in hindsight, maybe Pamela didn't explain well that the purpose of the document is to make a case for ISO members. Truth be told, she didn't see a problem with adding a lot of weak points until later.

I don't know if any of this was you, and if it was, I realize that you are not at fault for any of it. I apologize for not explaining on the talk page.
