I'm the same 4lex as in 4lex and 4lex. I'm trying to help a bit, both with my experience in wikipedias (I'm one of the admins in the es.wikipedia.org) and my experience with beginners in linux (I'm a beginner in a lot of linux-related issues, coming from an education in chemistry, but I also have already helped some friends and relatives to switch to linux, so I know their reactions first-handed).

On a side note, I noticed that a lot of people tend to introduce manual-like articles on grokdoc. I think this was intended for usability studies, not online help.
