Mandrake-Firefox
From Grokdoc
Mandrake does not come installed with firefox by default,, but it is highly recommended that you download it. That is one of the first programs I used on linux, and it worked right away. Just untar it and run it.
---------------------
Actually, mandrake is based on an RPM style system. So why not set up media sources from http://urpmi.org/easyurpmi/index.php and then as root simply type: urpmi mozilla-firefox
It's best to stick with RPM's on Mandrake whenever possible. Or you can also visit http://rpm.pbone.net and click on Advanced Search, click only your version of Mandrake and then search for: mozilla-firefox
Two easy ways to do it and to keep your system nice and clean.

Note Mandrake is now called Mandriva.
